PC Dean

We had a visit from PC Dean to talk about friend of foe? We worked in groups on scenarios that could or do happen. We discussed as a group what we would do and if the person in the scenario was a friend or foe. Some of the scenarios we were surprised at the outcome and it has made us more aware of people in the wider community.
Here are some photos of our day.

Glamorgan Sausages

Today we had a go at making Glamorgan Sausages. These are a Welsh vegetarian sausage made with leeks, cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg and mustard. We chopped, grated and blitzed our ingredients and then shaped our sausages. We really enjoyed making them.

Below is the recipe if you would like to try them at home.
